Where to Find the Best Dim Sum Bok Choy?

Alright, so today I’m gonna share how I made some dim sum bok choy. It’s not rocket science, but it’s tasty and easy to whip up!

First off, I grabbed a bunch of baby bok choy from the store. You know, the small ones? Gave ’em a good rinse under cold water. Gotta get all that dirt outta there!

Next up, the sauce. I mixed together soy sauce, oyster sauce (a must!), a little bit of sesame oil, some minced garlic, and a pinch of sugar. Eyeballed it, you know? Just until it tasted right. Don’t be shy with the garlic!

Then, I heated up some oil in a wok – yeah, I got a wok, sue me! You can use a regular pan too, no biggie. Once the oil was hot, I tossed in the bok choy. Stir-fried it like crazy for a few minutes until it was bright green and tender-crisp. Don’t overcook it, you want it to still have a little bite.

After that, I poured the sauce over the bok choy and kept stir-frying until the sauce thickened up a bit and coated everything nicely. It only takes like a minute or two.

Finally, I plated it up and sprinkled some sesame seeds on top for garnish. Boom! Dim sum bok choy, ready to go. It’s seriously good with rice or noodles. I even had it as a side with some grilled chicken the other day. Versatile stuff!

Honestly, the whole thing took maybe 15 minutes. It’s my go-to when I want something quick, easy, and healthy-ish. Give it a try, you might just like it!
