Okay, so yesterday I tried out this place called Rose Garden Dim Sum, and let me tell you, it was an experience. I’ve been craving good dim sum for a while, you know, the kind you get with those rolling carts and endless little plates.

The Hunt Begins
First, I searched around online. Found a few places, read some reviews, you know the drill. Rose Garden kept popping up, and the pictures looked pretty legit. So, I decided to give it a shot.
Getting There
Finding the place was a bit of a mission. It’s tucked away in this little plaza, and the signage isn’t exactly huge. I actually drove past it the first time and had to loop back around. Parking was a bit tight, too – typical for a popular dim sum spot, I guess.
Inside the Hustle
Once I got inside, it was buzzing. Lots of families, big round tables, and those awesome carts stacked high with bamboo steamers. I managed to snag a table after a short wait, thankfully.
Dim Sum Delights
Then the fun part began! The carts started rolling by, and I just started pointing at everything that looked good. Seriously, I’m pretty sure I tried at least a dozen different things.
- Har Gow (Shrimp Dumplings): These were plump and juicy, just how I like them. The wrapper was nice and thin, too.
- Siu Mai (Pork Dumplings): Always a classic, and Rose Garden’s version didn’t disappoint. Savory and delicious.
- Char Siu Bao (BBQ Pork Buns): Fluffy, slightly sweet, and filled with that amazing sticky-sweet pork. I could eat these all day.
- Chicken Feet: Okay, I know these aren’t for everyone, but I love them. They were braised perfectly, all tender and flavorful.
- Egg Tarts: Had to finish with something sweet, and these were perfect. Flaky crust, creamy custard…yum.
The Aftermath
I definitely ate too much, but hey, that’s part of the dim sum experience, right? I rolled myself out of there, completely stuffed and happy. I do recommend Rose Garden if you’re searching for tasty dim sum, but it is a little bit difficult to find the place at first.
Overall, I’d give Rose Garden a solid thumbs up. The food was great, the service was quick (those cart ladies are on it!), and the atmosphere was lively. Definitely going back for more soon!
