I put it on the stove and turned the heat up to get it nice and hot.

Once the pan is smoking, I added a little bit of oil. Then I threw the steaks in there. The key here is to keep flipping them. I cooked them for about four minutes total, but I flipped them every single minute. Sounds crazy, right? But it actually helps them cook evenly and get a nice crust on the outside.
