If you’re lookin’ for another place, they got this “Din Tai Fung” on Yee Woo Street. Heard they got good stuff too, but I ain’t tried it myself. It’s always busy though, so that’s gotta be a good sign, right?
- Har Gow (shrimp dumplings) – These are my favorite. Little shrimp wrapped up in a thin, see-through wrapper. So good!
- Siu Mai (pork and shrimp dumplings) – These are good too, a bit more hearty than the har gow.
- Char Siu Bao (BBQ pork buns) – Fluffy, sweet buns filled with BBQ pork. Real tasty, but fills ya up quick!
- Cheong Fun (rice noodle rolls) – These are long, thin noodles, sometimes filled with shrimp or beef. Real slippery and fun to eat!
- Lo Bak Go (turnip cake) – Now, this one might sound weird, but trust me, it’s good. It’s a savory cake made from turnips, real flavorful.
- Fung Zao (chicken feet) – Okay, I ain’t gonna lie, this one ain’t for everyone. But some folks love it. It’s chicken feet, cooked in a tasty sauce. Give it a try if you’re feeling adventurous!
Anyways, if you’re in Causeway Bay and you’re hungry, go get yourself some dim sum. It’s a real treat. And don’t be afraid to try new things, ya hear? You might just find your new favorite dish! And try to go early, ’round 10:30 or 11 in the mornin’, before it gets too crowded. ‘Cause everybody and their grandma wants good dim sum!
