So, the other day I was craving chocolate cake, but I realized I was out of eggs. Disaster, right? Wrong! I remembered this super easy eggless chocolate cake recipe I’d saved, and let me tell you, it was a lifesaver.

Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe: Quick and Easy Steps for a Delicious Dessert!

First, I grabbed a big bowl and dumped in all the dry stuff: flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. I whisked it all together – gotta make sure everything’s nicely mixed, no lumps allowed!

Then, in a separate bowl (because apparently, that’s how baking works), I combined the wet ingredients: oil, water, vinegar, and a splash of vanilla extract. Honestly, the vinegar part always weirds me out a bit, but trust me, you won’t taste it in the end.

Mixing it up!

  • I slowly poured the wet stuff into the dry stuff.
  • I used a spatula and mixed gently, I didn’t overmix it. Just until it was all combined and looked like, well, chocolate cake batter.

I greased a round cake pan and then dusted alittle flour on to make the pan totally non-stick. I poured the batter into the pan, and into the oven it went! I set the temperature that’s not too hot, and baked for about half an hour.

To check if it was done, I stuck a toothpick in the center. It came out clean, which means – cake time! I let it cool completely in the pan before I even thought about frosting or, you know, diving in face-first.

And that’s it! Seriously, the easiest, quickest chocolate cake ever, and no eggs needed. It was moist, chocolatey, and totally hit the spot. Definitely adding this one to my “emergency dessert” list!
