Alright, so you’re lookin’ for some Chinese food near Patia, Bhubaneswar, huh? Well, let me tell ya, I don’t know much about this “Patia” place, but I know good food when I taste it. And if it’s Chinese you want, it’s Chinese you’ll get, one way or another.
Now, these city folks, they got all sorts of fancy names for things. They call ’em “restaurants” and “takeout,” but back in my day, we just called it eatin’ out or bringin’ it home. Same difference, I reckon. So, if you’re lookin’ to get some of that food and eat it somewhere else, that’s what they call “takeout” these days. Keep up, now!
What kind of Chinese food are we talkin’ about?
- Noodles: Them long, stringy things? Yeah, they got plenty of those. Some folks like ’em plain, some like ’em with all sorts of stuff mixed in. I hear they got somethin’ called “chow mein” and “lo mein.” Don’t ask me what the difference is, just tastes good, that’s all that matters.
- Rice: Rice is rice, right? Well, not always, I guess. They got fried rice, they got white rice, they got all kinds of rice. Pick one, any one, they all fill your belly.
- Chicken, Pork, and Beef: You want meat? They got meat. Chicken, pork, beef, you name it. They cook it up all kinds of ways, too. Sweet and sour, spicy, you name it.
- Soup: Sometimes you just want a nice warm bowl of soup, ain’t that right? They got soups too. Hot and sour soup, that’s a popular one. Burns your tongue a little, but it’s good for ya.
- Momo: Now this is something special, they say these are little dumplings, filled with all sorts of goodness. I tried ’em once, they are like little pockets of flavor, you just pop ’em in your mouth and chew.
Okay, so where do you find this food near Patia? Well, I heard tell of some places. There’s this “WOW! China” place, sounds fancy, don’t it? They got a menu online, on somethin’ called “Zomato.” Never heard of it, but the young folks seem to know all about it. They say you can order food online from there too. And they deliver! Imagine that, food comin’ right to your door. Back in my day, you had to walk miles for a good meal!
Then there’s “Momo,” they got Chinese food, Asian food, Sichuan food, sounds like a whole lotta food to me. They got discounts too, if you go to their store or order online, 15% off they said, if you go there yourself, or 40% off if you get it brought to you. Not bad, not bad at all.
And there’s this “36 China Town.” Now that sounds like a place with a lot of food! They got a menu and pictures and all that on somethin’ called “magicpin.” City folks and their fancy names, I swear. Sounds like they’re the best restaurant in Patia, according to somebody. But then again, everybody says their food is the best, don’t they?
You know, they got all these popular dishes too. Kung Pao chicken, they call it. Sounds spicy. And sweet and sour pork, that’s always a good one. Hot and sour soup, like I said, warms you right up. Egg rolls, those are crunchy and tasty. And of course, fried rice, can’t go wrong with that. Then there’s somethin’ called “mapo tofu” and “dandan noodles” from a place called Szechuan, wherever that is. All this fancy food, makin’ my mouth water just talkin’ about it.
Now, if you’re lookin’ for a place to sit down and eat, they got plenty of those too. They call ’em “restaurants with seating available”. You just go in, sit down, and they bring you the food. Easy peasy. Just look for the places with chairs and tables, I guess. Shouldn’t be too hard to find.
And if all else fails, there’s always Swiggy. They seem to deliver food from just about anywhere these days. There’s this place called Maha Chai in Patia that they deliver for. So if you can’t find a Chinese place, you can always get some tea and whatever else they got. At least you won’t go hungry.
So there you have it, a whole bunch of information about gettin’ Chinese food near Patia, Bhubaneswar. Don’t ask me how to get there, I just know about the food. You city folks can figure out the rest. Just remember, eat good, be happy, and don’t forget to tip your waiter, or whoever brings you your food. They work hard for their money, just like the rest of us.
