Okay, so the other day, I was craving some good dim sum. I’d heard good things about Crystal Jade, so I figured, why not give it a shot? Here’s how it all went down.

Getting Started
First things first, I grabbed my phone and looked up “Crystal Jade Dining IN dim sum menu”. I wanted to get an idea of what they offered and, more importantly, what I was in the mood for.
Browsing the Menu
The menu popped up, and wow, lots of choices! Classic stuff like Har Gow (shrimp dumplings) and Siu Mai (pork and shrimp dumplings) were definitely there. I also spotted some interesting dishes I hadn’t tried before. I spent a good few minutes just scrolling through, my stomach rumbling louder with each picture.
Making My Picks
This was the hard part. Everything looked so tasty! I knew I wanted some of the classics, so I mentally made a note of the Har Gow, Siu Mai, and some Char Siu Bao (barbecue pork buns). I also decided to be a little adventurous and try something new – I think it was a pan-fried radish cake, looked pretty delicious.
Placing the Order

With my choices firmly in mind, next step find phone number call the restaurant.
Enjoying the Meal
Finally, The food * all arrived, and let me tell you, it was worth the wait! The Har Gow were plump and juicy, the Siu Mai were flavorful, and the Char Siu Bao were fluffy and filled with that sweet and savory barbecue pork. The pan-fried radish cake? Also a winner! It was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a nice savory flavor. I was totally satisfied, to used one word to say is “perfect”.

Final Thoughts
Overall, I was really happy with my Crystal Jade dim sum experience. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for some quality dim sum, and they have a good variety to pick from. I’ll definitely be going back to try some of their other dishes, might be next week!
