Now, I’ve tried a whole bunch of places around here, and some are good, some are just okay, and some… well, let’s just say I wouldn’t feed ’em to my dog. So, I’m gonna tell ya about the ones I like, the ones that give ya good food for your money.

First off, there’s this place called Chilli Chicken House. Don’t let the name fool ya, they got more than just chicken. Their food is real tasty, real flavorful, you know what I mean? Lots of spice, if you like that kinda thing. I always get their… uh… that spicy chicken dish, and it’s always good. And their noodles, oh boy, the noodles are somethin’ else. They ain’t stingy with the portions neither, which is important when you’re feedin’ a whole family, or just yourself if you’re real hungry like me. I always have leftovers for the next day, which is a bonus.

Then there’s Chinese Express Takeout. These folks are fast, like the name says. Sometimes you just need somethin’ quick and easy, right? They got all the usual stuff, you know, sweet and sour pork, chow mein, that kinda thing. It ain’t fancy, but it’s good and it hits the spot. I like their… hmm… that beef and broccoli dish. It’s good and saucy, not too dry. The prices are good too, which is always a plus in my book. I ain’t got money to throw around, so I appreciate a good deal.

And let’s not forget about Dragon Palace. This place is a little bit fancier, maybe, but the food is still good and the prices ain’t too bad. They got some real good… uh… what’s that duck dish called? Oh yeah, Peking duck! That stuff is real good, real crispy and flavorful. They also got some good seafood dishes, if you’re into that kinda thing. It’s a good place to go if you want somethin’ a little bit special, but don’t wanna spend a whole lot of money.

  • Chilli Chicken House: Good for spicy food and big portions.
  • Chinese Express Takeout: Fast, cheap, and reliable.
  • Dragon Palace: A bit fancier, with good Peking duck and seafood.
  • Other places: There’s a bunch of other places too, like… China China Palace, Wokman Kitchen, Meet Noodles, Chi’s Congee Noodle House, Shanghai House Chinese Restaurant, Soya Mandarin Kitchen, Magic BBQ & Seafood, Congee Queen, Hey Noodles, Wings Chinese Restaurant, and QJD Peking Duck Restaurant. I ain’t tried ’em all, but I heard some of ’em are good too. You gotta try ’em out for yourself and see what you like.

Now, when it comes to orderin’ Chinese food, there’s a few things you gotta know. First of all, you gotta know what you like. Do you like spicy food? Do you like sweet and sour? Do you like noodles or rice? Once you know what you like, it’s easier to order. And don’t be afraid to ask questions, ya know? The people workin’ there are usually pretty nice and they’ll help you out.

And speaking of food, what kinda dishes you should order? Well, there’s sweet and sour pork, that’s always a good choice. Then there’s kung pao chicken, that’s a little bit spicy. Ma po tofu is good if you like tofu. And of course, you gotta have some wontons or dumplings. And for noodles, chow mein is always a good bet. Or you can get some Peking roasted duck if you’re feelin’ fancy. Oh, and spring rolls, those are always good too. And moo shu pork, that’s another good one. And if it’s cold outside, you can get a hot pot, that’ll warm ya right up.

And don’t forget the containers! Those little white boxes are just perfect for leftovers. You know, somebody told me those boxes were invented a long time ago, back in 1894. Can ya believe it? They’ve been around that long! They sure are handy, though. And Chinese food is always cooked up real quick, they use them big ol’ woks, you know? High heat, makes everything cook faster, I guess.

So there ya have it, my take on the best Chinese takeout in Mississauga. It ain’t fancy, but it’s honest. Just a regular person’s opinion, ya know? Go out there and try some of these places for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. And if ya are, well, don’t blame me, blame your own taste buds! Just kiddin’! Enjoy your food!
