Okay, so lemme tell you about my little dim sum adventure in Cleveland. I was craving some good dumplings, you know?

First things first, I started googling “dim sum Cleveland”. A bunch of places popped up, but I wanted something authentic, not some watered-down version. So, I dug a little deeper, read some reviews, checked out some photos. Finally, I narrowed it down to two spots that looked promising.
The first place I tried was a bit of a bust. It looked good online, but when I got there, the atmosphere was kinda dead. The food was alright, nothing special. The siu mai was kinda dry, and the har gow was a little gummy. I ate a few bites, but I just wasn’t feeling it. I paid the bill and decided to try my other option.
The second place was a total game changer! I walked in, and the place was buzzing. It was packed with people, the smell of delicious food was everywhere. This was more like it! I grabbed a table and started looking at the menu. So many choices!
I ordered a bunch of stuff: har gow, siu mai, char siu bao (my favorite!), and some egg tarts for dessert. The food came out pretty quickly, and it was all steaming hot. I dug in, and it was amazing! The har gow was plump and juicy, the siu mai was flavorful, and the char siu bao was fluffy and sweet. I seriously devoured everything.
But the best part? I tried something new. They had these steamed spare ribs with black bean sauce. I usually stick to the classics, but I was feeling adventurous. And I’m so glad I did! They were so tender and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. I’m definitely ordering that again next time.

Finished eating, super full and happy. The bill wasn’t too bad either. Definitely worth it for the quality of the food. I paid and thanked the staff and left feeling completely satisfied. Now I know where to go when I need a dim sum fix in Cleveland!
- Tip: Always read the reviews before you go!

So yeah, that was my dim sum experience in Cleveland. A bit of a roller coaster, but it ended on a high note. Can’t wait to go back!
