Okay, so “dim sum airport”… I gotta be honest, the name caught my eye. I mean, dim sum? At an airport? I had to see what this was all about.
My Dim Sum Airport Adventure Begins
First thing I did was try to figure out, is it an actual airport? it’s a place? I couldn’t find anything concrete, so I switched gears. My brain went, “Okay, maybe it’s a restaurant in an airport?”
I started digging. I figured there had to be some awesome dim sum places in airports, I searched around, found some possible restaurants’ name.
The Actual Experiment
Then came the time-consuming part. I went one by one and checked all of those restaurants.
- Checked their online menu, if they had one. Gotta see those dim sum options!
- If there were food photos, I spent an embarrassingly long time looking at them, because dim sum is art, people!
I felt like a food detective. My mission: find the tastiest-looking virtual dim sum.
The “Results” (aka My Imaginary Feast)
Well, I can not 100% find a restaurant, let alone actually EAT the dim sum, but my imagination had a blast, so I “achieved” it.
